Shaped to fit like a second skin, WAVE WEB PROs can be worn comfortably throughout your entire workout. Made from our unique chlorine-resistant fabric for long-lasting wear. Directions For Use:
Place your WAVE WEB PRO on your hand (palm side up)—fingers first, thumb follows. Gently pull on the wrist opening as you flex your fingers for a snug fit. To remove your gloves, simply pull gently on the wrist opening from the palm side and peel the glove from your hand, turning it inside out. Extend the life of your WAVE WEB PROs: Always remove by peeling from the wrist, never from the fingers. Rinse your WAVE WEB PROs with fresh water after each use and allow to dry.

KNEE LIFT / Tricep Press
Strengthen and tone your triceps by webbing your gloves (spreading your fingers and holding your wrists firm) with this knee lift exercise. Extra benefits are core stability, balance training and enhanced hip mobility.
Sizing:
Measure the distance between your wrist and the end of your forefinger. Color varies by size.
Small: up to 6.5″, Purple/Black
